Parker Barnes also has many relationships with other agents within Cyprus and internationally. The UK stills remains a large source of buyers, with a large reduction being seen from the Israeli market recently, although we are seeing growth from within Europe and the Middle East. Parker Barnes has had great success developing a local market, working with partners across the Republic to find a good number of Cypriot buyers; both living on the island and wanting to return. We do have arrangements in the Far East although some buyers from this region find the Polis area a little too under developed and rural.
