Parker Barnes also has many relationships with other agents within Cyprus and internationally. We also now have offices in Paphos and Limassol which gives the area and inparticular your property far greater coverage and exposure. We only specialise in the Polis area and can offer expertise and knowledge that cannot be offered by anyone else. The UK stills remains a large source of buyers, with a large reduction being seen from the Russian market recently, although we are seeing growth from within Europe and the Middle East. Parker Barnes has had great success developing a local market, working with partners across the Republic to find a good number of Cypriot buyers; both living on the island and wanting to return. We do have arrangements in the Far East although some buyers from this region find the Polis area a little too under developed and rural.
