Cyprus is a captivating island of spectacular contrast. Polis, which in Greek means town, is one of the most beautiful areas of Cyprus, near romantic sites, close to where Aphrodite, goddess of love and beauty, used to meet her beloved Adonis. Polis is built on the north west of Cyprus, near the Akamas Peninsula with its renowned Baths of Aphrodite. The Akamas Peninsula is a nature reserve of exceptional natural beauty and will eventually become a national park. The whole of the Polis area has been bountifully blessed by the nature and combines the beauties of the mountain, sea and plain. Its seas are clean and warm with extensive sandy blue flag beaches.

Polis is 35km from Paphos – a 30 minute spectacular car ride. The two towns are linked by a regular bus routes every day except Sunday. Polis is 45 minutes from Paphos airport, less than 2 hours from Larnaka Airport, and 25 minutes from the Tsada Golf Course.
